Dominique Dalcan is a French singer-songwriter. He is considered as one of the pioneers of the new pop "made in France" (Dominique A, Miossec, Katerine).

His albums "Entre l'étoile & le carré" (1991),  "Cannibale" (1994), "Ostinato" (1998) places him in the landscape of French song. Today, his new album "Hirundo" marks his acclaimed return to songwriting after several years of absence.
