On the occasion of the plan of action to promote its collections, I have been put in charge by the Bibliothèque du Film of the art direction and graphic design of several online exhibitions in different websites.
Affiches Françaises du Film Noir is one of them. It shows a selection of posters sorted in various themes : fugitive lovers, urban detective films/thrillers, femmes fatales, incorruptible cops, conflicting trios etc... The poster gallery has been completed by landmark documentaries on the Film Noir genre with a special focus on the role of posters and their manufacturing process.
